Event Sign Up

Please fill in this form to sign up to volunteer for an event; you will receive an email response in 24 to 72 hours from an event organizer indicating whether you are confirmed or not. Sign ups are usually only processed Monday-Friday.

Details such as the meeting location will be sent to confirmed volunteers a few days before the event.

  • If you're a new volunteer or you have never registered through the web site, please fill out our Volunteer Registration form first.  Then, return to this page and complete event sign up.
  • If you're an existing volunteer who has previously filled out the Volunteer Registration form online, use the same name and email address used before so we can match you in our records.

Group or party sizes are limited based on the types of properties being harvested and available space, usually to a maximum of 5 people for home harvest events.
