Event Sign Up

Please fill in this form to sign up to volunteer for an event.  Event coordinators will send details such as the meeting location to confirmed volunteers a few days before the event.

  • If you're a new volunteer or you have never registered through the web site, please fill out our Volunteer Registration form first.  Then, return to this page and complete event sign up.
  • If you're an existing volunteer who has previously filled out the Volunteer Registration form online, use the same name and email address used before so we can match you in our records.
  • During Winter and Spring, group sizes are limited to 5 people unless noted in the event description.

Rainy Season Sign Ups:

  • The success of our events depends on you being there! We ask and expect all confirmed volunteers to attend harvests unless the event is cancelled. Notify us as soon as possible if you must change your plans or cannot attend for any reason.
  • During the rainy season in the SF Bay Area (November through April) we may need to harvest in light rain or cool weather. Because the weather is so unpredictable, we only cancel events on the morning of the harvest (see your event volunteer instructions for how to check).
  • If you are not prepared to harvest in cool weather or possible light rain, please do not sign up during this season - let another volunteer have the opportunity.
