In Silicon Valley as many as 1 of every 5 people needs extra food, especially low income families and seniors.

Our harvests from heritage orchards and backyards provide healthy food for people in need, educational volunteer experiences, and service for seniors while reducing food waste for a healthier planet. Since 2001 Village Harvest has picked and donated 3.8 million pounds to local food banks.

Thank you for your support. Through Village Harvest the community comes together to share our fruit, volunteer our time, learn, and embrace our community spirit to make a difference for others.

Donations are tax-deductible as permitted by law; Village Harvest is an IRS 501(c)(3) charitable organization (ID 04-3718164). Eligible for most employer matching programs and donor advised funds.

We're volunteer-powered so we can make money go a long way, and community funding pays for a small part-time organizing staff, transportation, equipment, supplies, and insurance.
