VILLAGE HARVEST PRESERVES:  Time to get your gift orders in

All summer long, there was so much wonderful fruit to preserve...  and if you remember how compressed this summer fruit season was, it all came in at the same time so we were harvestin' and jammin' like mad and the results are well... very gratifying.

And at the same time (we're such fruit fanatics) we started a partnership with Andy's Orchard, a small, artisanal grower in Morgan Hill.  Andy Mariani is committed to growing only the finest fruit that isn't harvested until ripe and full of flavor -- all 91 varieties!  With a few select varieties, Village Harvest preservers made jam using our special, small-batch preserving processes to keep the flavors of the fruit as close to fresh as possible.  We're hearing that the preserves that Village Harvest made from Andy's Orchard fruit is some of the best that fruit fans have ever tasted.

Through word of mouth, our preserves are going quickly.  So, for your holiday planning, we thought we'd get the word out now so that you can place your orders before we sell out.  See http://www.villageharvest.org/preserves.htm for more information, sizes and prices.

Or come and try for yourself.  We'll be having a tasting at our joint Holiday Sale with Village Harvest at Andy's Orchard on Sunday, December 4th, 10-3 in Morgan Hill.  Mark your calendars!
